Loaded Smashed Potatoes 🥔 🧀🥓 16-20 golden potatoes Bacon - cooked and chopped 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 2 green onions sliced Olive oil Salt and Pepper Ranch or Sour Cream to dip! Preheat oven to 450. Boil potatoes for 15 minutes until fork tender. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread potatoes out. Use a glass to smash the potatoes.
