Here are the instructions! -cut 3 lb chuck roast in half -salt and pepper all sides -set instant pot to saute and brown roast on all sides. -saute half an onion then stir in garlic, cancel saute mode. --add one tablespoon tomato paste, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, and 1 3/4 cups beef broth.
