Simple Box Steps for a back door to a home. These are easy DIY steps you can build in an afternoon if you don’t want to figure out how to calculate the stringer method. I used cedar that was very dry so I could paint right away. These are floating attached with 4x4 posts on bases and not to the house for ease of install. They also are not touching the ground (only the post bases.) I did not use joist tape as customer was looking for a very budget friendly option for house sale. @Milwaukee Tool #
