UNICEF and Strategia Development Research Institute, Inc. supported the systematic integration of socio-emotional learning modules to support children in conflict with the law and children at risk. The modules were piloted in the Bahay Pag-asa in Valenzuela City and Cagayan de Oro City, and facilitated by ALS teachers, social workers, psychometricians, and house mothers.
