Michigan zoo announces birth of pygmy hippo calf

Zambezi's mini-me is learning how to hippo! At eight weeks old, the little calf is still nursing, but that doesn't stop him from attempting to eat hay, just like mom. The pair have been spending more time on land, both early in the morning and late in the afternoon.
