Day 2 of making a sourdough starter! If your starter has liquid (hooch) on the top or a really strong acetone smell go ahead and feed it. If not much has changed in the first 24 hours wait 24 more hours to feed. The reason we feed it if it has hooch is because we don’t want the starter to get mold.
