#trapezetuesday @iryna_aerialist taught Amanda this move. It’s a front balance in the ropes. Pike to hocks wrap arms behind ropes (between your body and the ropes) and hold onto the opposite ropes. Pull down on the ropes and flatten your back, make sure your arms are by your hips exactly the same place as a front balance.
