Just steps from the U.S.-Mexico border, the Mexican army shut down an outdoor drug lab on Tuesday that was producing about 200 kilograms of crystal meth a day, officials said. The lab was located just outside of the Mexican border town of La Rumorosa, about 80 kilometers away from Jacumba Hot Springs, California. The lab is thought to have been operating for roughly a year. It was reportedly run by ten people who fled before the police arrived. Mexico is a major supplier of methamphetamine to th
