It was a relatively new unit, and since I had already been scammed by a Porter-sent technician just six months ago (he pressured me into getting the gas refilled), I was extra cautious this time.Even the guys who uninstalled it told me clearly that they would remove the outdoor unit while keeping the AC switched on
