🐎 When you feel unstable in the saddle, you need to sit up and back to engage your core and keep yourself in better balance. 🥵 But that is easier said than done. 🙈 As humans, it’s totally normal to go to fetal position when we feel scared, however, this isn’t the most stable position as your horse can feel your tension, you end up gripping to stay on, and your body sits in a compromised position in the saddle... meaning you’re more likely to fall off if your horse does something silly. 💯🙋‍♀
