The Supreme Court on Monday granted President Donald Trump’s emergency request to resume deporting migrants to countries other than their homeland, including places like South Sudan, with minimal notice.

President Donald Trump's administration is asking the Supreme Court to clear the way for a deportation flight of several immigrants to South Sudan, a war-ravaged country where they have no ties.

The ruling applies immediately to a group of men the government has sought to send to South Sudan.
