Bueckers, the No. 1 overall pick in this year’s draft out of UConn, was placed in the WNBA’s concussion protocol after a 97-92 loss at Chicago on May 29.

During her rookie season with the Dallas Wings, Paige Bueckers has posted 14.7 points, 4.7 rebounds and 6.7 assists per game. Bueckers has also made an impact on the defensive end, averaging 1.0 block and two steals per game.

Wings rookie Paige Bueckers will sit out her third consecutive because of a concussion as she has been ruled out vs. the Sparks on Friday night.
