According to Cuban, ex-Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris tried to vet the “Shark Tank” investor to be her running mate for the 2024 presidential election, but Cuban declined.

Harris ultimately selected Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz as her vice president. However, Donald Trump ended up beating Harris in the 2024 election, securing a second term in the White House. Miller also asked Cuban if he thinks the election results would have been “maybe different” if it were him standing alongside Harris, instead of Walz.
