A person familiar with the situation says the Atlantic Coast Conference, Clemson and Florida State have reached a proposed settlement that would end their legal fight and change the league’s revenue-distribution model.

After sprawling litigation in courtrooms stretching from Tallahassee to the fringe of Tobacco Road, FSU and Clemson reportedly are set to vote Tuesday on a settlement of a series of lawsuits between the schools and the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC).

If an agreement is reached, it ends more than 14 months of nine-figure litigation between the conference and two of its marquee programs.
