Ed the zebra has been spotted via drone in Christiana, Tennessee, and efforts are underway to capture the exotic pet.

Rutherford County sheriff's deputies say they saw the zebra in a field and continue to track him with a drone.

The zebra, which residents have named Ed, has gained a following, with memes and A.I.-generated images springing up as it continues to elude capture.
