A Las Vegas woman accused of luring men via dating sites, drugging them, and taking money was in custody in Mexico on Friday as U.S. authorities announced a federal indictment against her.

Having residences in both Las Vegas and Guadalajara, Mexico, Phelps remained in custody Friday in Mexico, the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Nevada said in a Friday statement. The top prosecutor said Phelps would find men online before meeting them in person.
