An entity related to Great Oaks Academy of Farmington has acquired a former office building in Eagan with plans to convert it to a charter school.

EAGAN, Minnesota — The bitter cold didn't keep Minnesotans away from ice attractions this weekend. "I feel like it could be colder," said Haeven Guest, who attended The Minnesota Ice Festival with Gave Robison to celebrate their first anniversary. "It's so cool.
