The Decode Project here in Louisville is fighting inequality in our education system by targeting literacy in students.

Decode Project employs four full-time staff members “and counting,” Whitlock said, along with 19 literacy mentors.

Decode Project currently has a wait-list of 45 students and are training now only children, but parents and future educators as well.
