You can convert an MBR disk into a GPT disk using the Windows interface. After backing up or moving the data to a GPT disk, right-click each partition and select Delete Partition or Delete Volume.

The 2TB MBR is/was the Backup W7 Pro with only 7 installed programs (the Portables accessed like the other drive), both w/o hidden partitions and both with other partition (s).
