According to Joe Person of The Athletic, the Carolina Panthers have let a couple of people go from positions in player personnel. Director of Player Personnel Cole Spencer and college scout Robert Haines are out.

The Panthers flat-out dominated the Hurricanes on Thursday, cruising to a 5-0 win to take a 2-0 lead in the best-of-7 series with a spot in a third consecutive Stanley Cup Final at stake.

RALEIGH, N.C. -- Sam Reinhart sustained a lower-body injury for the Florida Panthers in a 5-0 win against the Carolina Hurricanes in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Final at Lenovo Center on Thursday.

The Carolina Panthers have parted ways with two members of their scouting department. As first reported by Joe Person of The Athletic on Thursday, the Panthers have let go of director of player personnel Cole Spencer and college scout Robert Haines.
