Being at his first Boston Marathon, Villanova University student Matthew Nawn wanted nothing more than to finish.

On Boylston Street last Monday, Villanova junior Matt Nawn collapsed just a few steps from the Boston Marathon finish line.

It was not the ideal race for 20-year-old Villanova student Matt Nawn, but he still managed to cross the finish line.
