Questions are being raised regarding the oversight of waterparks in Pennsylvania after the Dauphin County Coroner ruled that a 9-year-old child drowned at Hersheypark last week. On July 24, Hershey Entertainment & Resorts reported that a child received medical attention after an incident at The Boardwalk.

The amusement park is investigating what circumstance that led to the child's death at its Boardwalk water attraction, CEO John Law says.
