Eva Mendes recently gushed about her previous experience working with her longtime partner, fellow actor Ryan Gosling. During a Tuesday appearance on ABC’s “Good Morning America,” anchor George Stephanopoulos asked her whether she plans to return to acting.

"It was such a high" to work with partner Ryan Gosling, Mendes said, "that I was like, 'This is a good time to, like, "Seinfeld" it and just walk out'

These days, her main focus is on her family—she shares two daughters with Gosling—and on writing. In fact, her first children's book, Desi, Mami, and the Never-Ending Worries, just came out in both English and Spanish. Mendes's latest appearance on GMA marks a stop on her press tour for the book.
