The New York Giants are still trying to replace two-time Super Bowl champion Eli Manning almost six years after his retirement. General manager Joe Schoen brought in Russell Wilson as a stopgap for 2025 and drafted Ole Miss quarterback Jaxson Dart to potentially be the future franchise quarterback.

A recent list of potential trade candidates across the league suggested that New York Giants quarterback Jameis Winston could be targeted sometime this season.

As fun as it is to watch Winston, all eyes in MetLife Stadium will likely be on Dart, who would potentially be playing in his first preseason game. The Giants traded up to 25th overall in the draft to land Dart, so he's definitely going to have some pressure on him as soon as he steps on the field.

With the New York Giants dealing with a critical loss, they dipped into the free agency market to bring in a new player. The team announced on Monday that they are reuniting with the veteran wide receiver, Gunner Olszewski.
