US President Donald Trump has reportedly kept the FIFA Club World Cup trophy for himself at the White House 's Oval Office. During an interview with DAZN at the MetLife Stadium, New Jersey, Trump revealed that the FIFA officials gave him the trophy which was unveiled before him by FIFA President Gianni Infantino in March.

The tournament delivered spectacle and a clear warning: hosting the world's biggest sporting event next summer will take more than world-class stadiums.

The decision has already been made and if Chelsea do win the Club World Cup there will be no trophy parade, according to the BBC. With the competition taking up the first half of the summer, the Chelsea players are in need of a break before the Premier League season starts.
