A construction law attorney in Colorado has been receiving death threats due to being mistaken as the immigration attorney representing the family of Mohamed Soliman, the suspect of the Boulder terror attack.

A federal judge issued an order Wednesday to prevent the deportation of the wife and five children of an Egyptian man charged in the firebomb attack in Boulder, Colorado.

David and Rivkah Costello and their five children lived across the street from the suspect in Sunday’s violent attack on Pearl Street Mall.
