Aaron Judge and Shohei Ohtani lead the American League and the National League, respectively, with the most All-Star votes so far.

At the plate, though, Ohtani actually has comparables. Judge, whose .378 average after the weekend is on pace to be the best of any qualified player in the 21st century, currently might be better.

Aaron Judge, the slugger who leads the majors in batting average, and Shohei Ohtani, who have combined to win five of the last eight Most Valuable Player awards, are lapping the rest of Major League Baseball in the first batch of All-Star Game balloting.
