The University of Alabama and Auburn University collectively raised over 1.2 million pounds of food for regional food banks. This marks the fourth consecutive year the rival schools have raised over 1 million pounds of food combined. The annual food drive competition benefits the West Alabama Food Bank and the Food Bank of East Alabama.
