Dobbs was the Cardinals' starting quarterback for the first half of the 2023 season. He was the Patriots' backup quarterback this season. Tonga played for the Cardinals in 2024 and signed with the Patriots in 2025. He played in 14 games and started eight at nose tackle.

The Rams answered Arizona's back-to-back scores by finding the end zone themselves shortly after the Cardinals took their first lead. They went 70 yards in six plays and scored on Colby Parkinson's touchdown, an 11-yarder from Matthew Stafford.
