The City of Portland in Oregon said people were wounded Thursday afternoon in a shooting involving federal agents.

Hundreds more federal agents are being sent into Minnesota, officials said, as furor grows over the fatal shooting of a 37-year-old woman by a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer.

Local government officials and the Trump administration are giving dramatically different accounts of the events that led to the shooting.
