NFL playoff picture: Texans firmly in the postseason after Chiefs win
The Houston Texans won big on Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium, but they're still not a playoff team entering Week 14's matchup against the Chiefs.
The Ravens could technically win the AFC North at 7-10 with only one more win, in Pittsburgh. However, that would require the Steelers to lose out and the Bengals to lose two games between the Dolphins/Cardinals/Browns.
Despite the gap, the Bills' AFC East title hopes are alive. The path is narrow and hinges on Buffalo winning in Foxborough in two weeks. Buffalo must win at New England on Dec. 14 to keeps its division championship hopes alive — and would still need to keep winning while the Patriots lose at least once more.
