Willie Nelson and his long-running Outlaw Music Festival canceled a concert in Oklahoma following an "extreme weather event" over the weekend.

The Outlaw Music Festival's concert in Oklahoma on Tuesday was canceled because of an "extreme weather event," Willie Nelson said in a statement posted on social media. Newsweek has contacted Nelson's representative for comment outside regular working hours.

Founded in partnership with Nelson, The Outlaw Music Festival claims to be the country's largest touring music festival. This year's lineup includes Nelson, Bob Dylan, Billy Strings, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, Sheryl Crow, Turnpike Troubadours and more. Unfortunately, the Missouri stop of the 10th anniversary tour didn't go as planned.
