The New York Giants have the No. 3 overall pick in the NFL Draft, and they have a pretty significant need at the quarterback position. Hours away from the start of Round 1, however, they are not expected to take a quarterback with that pick.

During an appearance Thursday on Get Up, ESPN's Dan Graziano said the Giants prefer Dart over Sanders as the top quarterback in the draft outside of Miami's Cam Ward after doing their due diligence on the position.

The 2025 NFL draft officially gets underway on Thursday night in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The New York Giants enter the draft with eight picks in tow, including the No. 3 overall selection, which is expected to be used on Penn State edge rusher Abdul Carter. That pick will likely take place around 8:34 p.m. EDT.
