XI Racing frontman Michael Jordan already provided his opinions on the NASCAR economic model after a court ruled against him in his ongoing anti-trust case.

During the May hearing, judges had warned the teams their claim came across as “having your cake and eating it, too.”

A three-judge federal appellate panel vacated an injunction that required Front Row Motorsports and Jordan's 23XI Racing be recognized as chartered teams as their antitrust case snakes through the legal system.
