To be clear, Chris Pratt is just joking and isn’t confirming his appearance in Avengers: Doomsday. If his chair wasn’t there, it’s because he either isn’t in the movie, or Marvel doesn’t want us to know he is, and either way, Pratt is pretty good about not letting the cat out of the bag, unlike some other MCU actors we could mention.

Fans of the Marvel universe have been eagerly awaiting the release of Avengers: Doomsay, but a new announcement regarding the highly-anticipated movie has left them feeling frustrated

Earlier this week, a fan calling himself @theyneversawitcomingg revealed that he managed to sneak onto the set of Avengers: Doomsday, and was able to share some of the footage he filmed online before it was removed from the various social media sites.

Doomsday is limited, but fans are hyped about seeing various superhero teams crossover and interact. The Thunderbolts* ending revealed that the titular team was actually the New Avengers, and will be returning to the big screen next year.

Jackman's portrayal of Wolverine has helped create multiple fan-favorite superhero movies, including the most recent 2024 release, Deadpool & Wolverine. However, when Marvel released only part of its fully cast list for the 2026 Avengers film, Jackman was among the many noteworthy names missing.
