Andrew and Tristan Tate, who are charged with human trafficking in Romania, have returned to the U.S. after authorities lifted travel restrictions on the siblings, who have millions of online followers.

Joseph McBride, the Tate brothers' U.S.-based attorney, said they plan on traveling to Romania in March "to meet with the prosecutor"

Andrew Tate, 38, born Emory Andrew Tate III, and his younger brother Tristan Tate, 36, are U.K.-U.S. citizens born to Emory Tate, an African American international chess master, and mother, Eileen Tate.
