Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan Hochman joins "Banfield" to discuss the Menendez brothers being resentenced by a judge in their murder case. He says the judge is going "through the steps" because of a habeas petition filed by the brothers two years ago.

A judge ordered the DA's office to explain why the Menendez brothers' claims of sexual abuse were kept out of their second trial within thirty days.
