Blake Perkins singled home the winning run in the ninth inning as the Milwaukee Brewers rallied to beat the Miami Marlins 3-2 on Sunday

The rally began when Eric Haase’s bat died a hero, with the Brewers backup catcher’s duck snort landing just in front of a charging Dane Myers in center field. Brice Turang followed by cueing a double just inside the third-base bag, which the Marlins followed by intentionally walking Jackson Chourio to load the bases.

Its Monday, July 28 and the Cubs (62-43) are in Milwaukee to take on the Brewers (62-43) in a battle for first in the National League Central Division.. Matthew Boyd is slated to take the mound for Chicago against Jacob Misiorowski for Milwaukee.
