An Arizona woman has been sentenced to 8.5 years in federal prison for participating in a fraud scheme that helped give remote jobs to North Korean information technology specialists at over 300 companies in the United States,

The sentence is one of the largest handed down to a U.S. national for their role in the North Korean government-linked scheme.
